Outdoor Containers For IBCs

This high quality range of containers with spill collection tanks is designed to store 1000 litre IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers) of polluting and flammable substances.

The height of the containers is such that the IBCs within can stand on supports (contact us) or have upper pumps fitted within the container.

The containers are available in three different capacities with multiple door variations. The doors are insulated with 50mm mineral wool. An insulated roof is available as an option.

Constructed of strong galvanized and then overpainted steel the containers have certified watertight spill tanks with removable and swappable galvanized grids.

Key features of the storage cabinets include:

  • Outer covering in overpainted and galvanized sheet metal
  • Custom colours on request
  • Collection sump with removable swappable galvanized grids
  • The collection tank conforms to the highest level of certification and is supplied with a warning panel and identification plate fitted to the sump
  • One floor storage
  • Flexible door options
  • Insulated doors with lock and key (models with doors only)
  • Extra height above the IBC allows the use of support stands or transfer pumps
  • Optional insulated roof
  • Supplied assembled

We have optional accessories that can be added to this versatile container.

We can fit optional air inlet ventilation grills for storing flammable substances. These help prevent dangerous accumulations of vapours within the cabinet.

We can also supply an optional insulating top in 50 mm thick mineral wool between galvanized metal sheets.

Maximum capacity 3 - 6 IBCs (depending on the model). In Compliance with international UNI EN ISO 3834-3: 2006 certificate no TÜV 523-088-2012.

Each containment spill pallet is subjected to non-destructive testing to ensure the basin is watertight in case of spills in accordance with UNI ISO 3834-3: 2006. This process is applied according to the following standards.
