Oversize Outdoor Containers For Drums

This high quality range of very large containers with spill collection tanks is designed to optimally store 200 litre drums horizontally and are ideal for decanting stored polluting and flammable liquids into smaller containers.

The containers are available in two different capacities with multiple door variations. The doors are insulated with 50mm mineral wool. An insulated roof is available as an option.

Note that the containers pictured are shown with a 400mm galvanized front grill to help when decanting drums into smaller containers. This is an optional extra and is not included in the base model. Also shown are the optional rotating supports on the shelves.

Constructed of strong galvanized and overpainted steel the containers have certified watertight spill tanks with optional removable galvanized front grids.

Key features of the storage cabinets include:

  • Outer covering in overpainted (blue) and galvanized sheet metal
  • Collection sump with optional removable grids
  • The collection tank conforms to the highest level of certification and is supplied with a warning panel and identification plate fitted to the sump
  • Two or three tiers of stacked storage
  • Flexible door options
  • Insulated doors with lock and key (models with doors only)

We have optional accessories that can be added to this versatile cabinet. We can supply horizontal rotating drum supports for use on the shelves (sold in pairs).

If you wish to store corrosive substances we can fit the collection tank with an antacid coating or alternatively supply a tank constructed of stainless steel.

We can fit optional air inlet ventilation grills for storing flammable substances. These help prevent dangerous accumulations of flammable vapours within the cabinet.

We can also supply an optional insulating roof in 50 mm thick mineral wool between galvanized metal sheets.

Maximum capacity 16 or 24 x 200 litre drums (depending on the model).

Each containment spill pallet is subjected to non-destructive testing to ensure the basin is watertight in case of spills in accordance with UNI ISO 3834-3: 2006. This process is applied according to the following standards.
