Features

Supplied in packs of 2, these 6m chemical absorbant land booms are filled with super absorbent polypropylene fibre. Chemical sorbent booms are a must have emergency response product wherever large containers of hazardous chemicals are used and stored.

An absorbent spill boom is used as a barrier for containment during a spill. Ideal for placing around the base of leaky machinery or used as a containment dam around a spill puddle. The chemical absorbent boom is suitable for most caustic, hazardous or unknown liquids. Versatile enough to be used in any application and will absorb oil and water based spills as well.

The strong durable chemical absorbent booms are bright yellow for fast identification in an emergency spill situation.

Features of the chemical absorbent booms include:

Manufactured from sonic bonded meltblown polypropylene
Super absorbent fine fibres allow the socks to quickly soak up liquids
Tough and durable
Ideal for absorbing acids, caustics and other corrosive liquids
Versatile will absorb oil and water based spills as well
Strong external covering which comes with end rings, snaps, and rope
The inside packing will not come out if torn or cut
Extra thickness and length absorb and hold back larger pools of liquid
Bright yellow colour
