90 Minute Fire Rated Standing Cabinet 287kg Z/CAB/794E

This cabinet is built using a double wall construction method, there is thermal insulation sandwiched between an outer steel layer and an inner chemically resistant melamine based wood, The exterior is then finished with a high quality epoxy coating (RAL9010 White) and is fitted with safety labels.

This cabinet has a removable containment sump, 3 containment shelves and an earthing link, the door is self closing due to a fusible link (this means it can also be kept open) which when melted at 47ºC or over will break and will let the door close automatically.

The cabinet comes with a built in ventilation system, these include air ducts 100mmØ, these outlets/inlets provide a natural airflow, these can also be integrated into a forced ventilation system. In the event of a fire the ducts have thermos-fuse seals making them automatically close in the event. Likewise the door is protected by thermo-expanding seals and is fitted with a cylinder lock.
