This premium thermally insulated storage cabinet is suitable for the outside safe storage of up to 2x 1000 litre IBC's (Intermediate Bulk Containers).

The high quality cabinet frame is constructed fromm galvanized steel and then further overpainted. The collection tank is equipped with a removable galvanized grid.

The cabinet is fitted with insulation. The insulation consists of 50mm mineral wool which is fitted between the galvanized panels.

As well as protecting against thermal shocks, in cold weather insulated containers can help maintain a minimum temperature inside the cabinet and thus reduce the viscosity of stored substances. In hot weather they can help prevent dangerous heat build up.

The height of the cabinet allows the use of transfer tilted support stands from within the cabinet to facilitate pouring operations (sold separately).

The collection tank is constructed from steel with a galvanized grid and conforms to the highest level of certification and is supplied with a warning panel and identification plate fitted to the sump.

Key features of the sump cabinets include:

High load capacity collection sump with removable galvanized grids
Suitable for outside storage of two 1000 litre IBCs
Sturdy and strong cover and doors constructed of galvanized steel
The cabinet is supplied with lock and key to protect the contents from unauthorised access
The free space above the IBC facilitates the operations of filling and emptying

Insulation consisting of 50mm mineral wool between galvanized panels in roof and doors
Safety Fasteners To Keep the Doors Open

We have a number of options available for these cabinets. Air inlet ventilation grills (GV732). These help prevent dangerous accumulations of vapours within the cabinet.

The cabinet is suitable for hazardous or flammable substances. Contact us regarding acid resistant coatings for the tank or an anti acid stainless steel sump tank that allows the sump cabinet to store corrosive substances.

Optional galvanized tilted support stands can fit within the cabinet and stand upon the split grid. This allows easy picking operations.
