Sump Floor Unit with Plastic grid - BF4

This is a rugged sump floor unit with a low deck height of 150mm which can be used individually or joined together to form a large floor or deck. The square sides allow the sumps to sit flush next to each other and joining strips are available to lock the sumps together. Also available are threaded connectors which, once the sump side walls are drilled, join together the sumps to increase the volume capacity of the overall floor allowing larger IBC's to be safely stored within current regulations.

The sump floor is moulded from 100% polyethylene and has an individual load capacity of 2000kg. The plastic grid is easily removable for easy cleaning.

This sump floor unit is designed to be the basic component of a larger floor. We have a couple of kit options available, or you can plan a floor to suit your application. Available is a half sized floor sump (BF2), separate joining strips to suit the 2 different length sides, threaded connectors to join sump volumes and a ramp for easy manual loading of drums etc.

The sump pallets are compliant with EPA 40CFR 264.175, SPCC 40CFR112.7, NPDES 40 CFR 122.20 standards, tested and guaranteed leak free and in accordance with UK legislation.
